There have been five new publications added to the Forum. The first one can be found under the GM, Ford and Chrysler tab. The article comes from the Detroit News reporting that CEO Sergio Marchionne said on Monday that it will be difficult for Chrysler Group LLC to post a net profit for the full year.

One new post has made it into the Hodgepodge section. The article comes from AOL Autos and gives answers on the question; how long can I drive on a “Donut” spare tire? This gives some useful information on something that the majority of us never think of, until we need it.

Two new posts have been entered into the Open Discussion section. The first article comes from the Detroit News Washington Bureau. It states that Chrysler began production this week of the new 2011 Jeep Wrangler at its Chrysler Supplier Park, a joint venture with three key suppliers, and will begin shipping the new model to dealers early next month. Vice President Joe Biden, along with Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne was on hand to see the first Wranglers to roll off the line. The second article is a release from the Associated Press telling that during Vice President Joe Biden’s visit to Ohio and the production line of the all new Jeep Wrangler, he gave an update on efforts to strengthen the U.S. auto industry.

One new post has been placed in the Opinion category. The article comes from the Detroit News reporting that Vice President Joe Biden expects General Motors Co.’s IPO to be “very successful,” but says he has no idea how much money the stock sale will net.
